Monday's figures are usually the lowest of the week in absolute terms due to a lower number of tests being carried out on Sundays.
Of 3,409 tests carried out in the past 24 hours, 2.2% were positive.
The 14-day cumulative infection rate per 100,000 inhabitants continued to slowly decline, from to 154.9 Sunday to 153.4 Monday.

There were no more deaths from Covid-19 reported. The death toll since the start of the pandemic remains at 2,456.
Meanwhile in Estonia 28 new cases of coronavirus were confirmed Monday and in Lithuania the total was 66 cases.
