Since the beginning of the pandemic, 910,583 Covid-19 cases have now been recorded among Latvia's 1.9 million population.
The total death toll since the beginning of the pandemic stands at 5,964. The four latest victims were aged 50 years and over.
Tuesday hospital data from the National Health Service (NVD) show 268 patients being treated in hospitals, five of whom are displaying serious symptoms.
