501,732 residents received at least one dose of the vaccine. 258,679 people have received both doses. Overall, 760,411 vaccines have been administered.
The previous day, June 1, the first dose of the vaccine was received by 4,665 people, while the second dose was received by 9,091.
“We have vaccinated the first half a million inhabitants of Latvia. Thanks to everyone who made it possible and everyone who used the opportunity to protect themselves and others,” Health Minister Daniels Pavļuts said on Twitter.
