Latvian national tests positive for coronavirus in Vietnam

Vietnamese media report that a Latvian national has tested positive for COVID-19 in the country.

The individual is not named but is identified as a 34-year tourist who travelled to Vietnam from Spain aboard a Turkish Airlines flight with his wife.

He was the 54th coronavirus case identified in the south-east Asian country, according to the Viet Nam News English-language daily, and is being treated at the Institute for Tropical Diseases in Ho Chi Minh City.
