Take note – story published 1 year ago

In order to quickly and easily provide customers with information on migration issues, the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs (PMLP) has established a migration information phone, the Office said on November 8.

The migration informational phone 67209600 is designed to ensure the convenient acquisition of information for PMLP customers who need to obtain residence documents – visas or residence permits to legitimately stay in Latvia.

The migration information phone can also provide answers to questions about granting temporary protection status, revoking residence permits or visas for Ukrainians, the PMLP said.

At present, the pilot information phone project is being carried out until December 19 to verify customer interest and to gradually complement the range of topics to be consulted, based on customer questions.

The line is open on weekdays between 8:30 and 16:00.
