LTV1 most-watched TV channel in August

Latvian public television channel LTV1 was the most-watched TV channel in Latvia in August 2019. It was watched for 9.5% of the combined linear and non-linear viewing time, according to the latest survey conducted by Kantar TNS market research company. 

Meanwhile Russian-language TV channel PBK followed with 8.5% and the TV3 commercial TV channel was third with 8.3% of total viewing time. 

Kantar media client manager Oskars Rumpēters said that LTV was the most watched channel four the fourth month, and LTV1 had more viewers this August than last August, when it took 8.9% of viewing time.
