From Friday to Sunday the 11 November embankment by the Daugava River will be closed to traffic from the Akmens bridge to Muitas st, the Riga City Traffic Department told Latvian Radio.
On Saturday, which is a carry-over workday from last week, will see the 57th bus route cancelled with changes in the 13th, 37th, 41st, and 53rd bus routes.
The Riga City Council website has a helpful map showing traffic jams and closed streets.
