Air temperatures will reach +27 C to +32 C in the afternoons all week until Saturday, slightly cooler on the coast in Kurzeme. Nights will also be warm, at +16 C to +21 C.
There will also be local rain and storms every day in Latvia, but they will affect a very small part of the country, so the drought will continue. The weather is likely to change Sunday, when more storm clouds will move across Latvia and air temperatures could begin to fall.
