Friday will still be relatively heat-free, with temperatures ranging from +21 C and +26 C and local thunderstorms throughout Latvia, but it will get hotter over the weekend.
On weekend nights the temperature will drop to +10 C to +15 C, while the temperature will reach +22 C to +27 C on Saturday afternoon, but on Sunday there will already be +24 C to +29 C heat.
The heat will increase at the beginning of next week, and in the afternoons the temperature will pass the +30 C mark again. The weather will be mostly sunny. Despite local thunderstorms, drought will continue throughout the country.
