Paper Mill festival
On Saturday, August 12, a “Paper mill festival” will take place in a historic Līgatne paper mill. The family-friendly event will take place for the second year and the entry is free.
Visitors will have the opportunity to participate in more than 20 different creative workshops and practices related to art, music, nature, and self-growth, to listen to and participate in discussions, to enjoy cosmic nature sounds and meditative concerts to be provided by Uģis Prauliņš, Gints Smukais, and other musicians.

Progausis
On August 11 and 12, the 'progressive music festival for those with ears' – Progausis – will take place in Kaive manor park, Cēsis municipality, with art-rock and jazz-rock alternative artists, poetry readings, and performances on two stages.

Sansusī
The alternative chamber music festival Sansusī takes place August 11 to 13 in Susēja, Aknīste municipality, and as usual, not much about the festival is known prior to it actually happening. The only previously announced artist is the American pianist Robert Fleitz – winner of the previous Sansusī musician battle.
