The Skaņu Mežs (Sound Forest) experimental music festival is taking place October 12-13 featuring acclaimed artists such as Thurston Moore, Tesa, William Basinski, Grouper and others.

Taking place at the music house “Daile”, the 16th edition of the festival brings together a dazzling array of musicians over the space of two evenings.

Skaņu Mežs is a festival for adventurous (innovative, experimental, avant-garde, etc.) music. It first took place in 2003.
