300 food-producing or researching enterprises from 15 countries are participating. The fair will offer seminars, tastings, exhibitions, masterclasses, and other events.
Riga Food director Roberts Nežborts told Latvian Radio that "the exhibition is broad and there are many novel products [..]," mentioning cricket sausages and snacks, Latvian ginger tonic, edible mugs, pinecones in chocolate, and others.
