On Wednesday, April 13, the State Police detained the suspect in the photo above. The information obtained so far shows that the crime was committed during a domestic conflict between the perpetrator and a group of four men. The parties were allegedly not familiar with each other and the conflict began while walking through the forest.
The perpetrator allegedly shot one of the four men with the unregistered weapon he had on him. The information available to the police shows that the suspect had shot at the other men but they managed to flee. One was injured in the shoulder.
Criminal proceedings have been initiated on the attempted murder of two or more persons. The punishment for this crime is life imprisonment or imprisonment for a period of 15 to 20 years with probation of up to three years.
The perpetrator has no previous criminal record.
