First 'CyberBazaar' coming to Latvia in December

From December 3 to 5, the first cyber security innovation forum in the Baltic States dubbed "CyberBazaar 2024" will be held in Rīga, organized by the Latvian National Cyber ​​Security Center in cooperation with Estonian and Lithuanian colleagues.

An international scientific conference will take place during the CyberBazaar 2024 forum, and researchers in relevant fields are invited to apply for participation online at: https://easychair.org/cfp/CyberBazaar2024.

"The scientific conference is interdisciplinary and will include such topics as analysis of cyber security threats and vulnerabilities, cryptography and data protection, application of artificial intelligence technologies in cyber security, as well as security of cyber-physical systems. The issues of cyber security legal regulation, policy and management, social and ethical aspects of cyber security technologies, as well as the application of innovative cyber security solutions in practice will also be considered," according to a release from the Latvian Defense Ministry.

"In addition to the scientific conference, a number of cyber security-related events will take place within the framework of the CyberBazaar 2024 innovation forum, including an exhibition of innovative cyber security products, a technology conference and a cyber hackathon," the Ministry said.

The Forum is supported by the European Cyber ​​Security Competence Center and co-financed by the European Union.
