Visa applications accepted and processed before June 25 inclusive will be examined.
In the case of additional questions, the Ministry recommends contacting the relevant Latvian representation abroad.

The issue of Latvian visas to Russian citizens was already suspended on February 24, 2022, when Russia launched a large-scale invasion of Ukraine but until now there was an exception to cases of special humanitarian concern.
