Contract with the company has been signed for the time period until the end of 2022 with the possibility of extending it by one year. The total two-year amount of the contract is EUR 635 000 without value-added tax (VAT).
The contract requires Hagberg to perform regular winter cleaning of sidewalks under the responsibility of the municipality, including holidays and weekends, until 8 AM.
Hagberg agreed to perform the work after the municipality did not extend the contract with Clean R Ltd. A contractual penalty of EUR 3,900 has been imposed on the existing service provider Clean R for subpar work.
