VADC urges all residents to consider donating, whether they are existing or new donors.
According to the information provided by the VADC, stocks of 0+, 0-, A+, A-, B- and AB- blood types are currently critically low.

"Donor response has dropped sharply as the holiday season continues. Unfortunately, many people need blood transfusions, but the blood supply is critically low," said the VADC.
